Backlinks Can Be Disavowed with New Bing Webmaster Tools

Bing has unveiled its new configuration area related to Bing Webmaster Tools. So this stuff dubbed Disavow Links is good at fighting URLs of low-quality websites and spammers threatening normal sites. This new tool is available in the Configure My Site area provided by Bing Webmaster Tools.
The tool simply gives Bing clear signals that some links may do harm to a particular website. In fact there aren’t any limits to the links any user can disavow and in general this tool initiates a direct and mutually beneficial conversation with Bing.
On the other hand there’s a likelihood of disavowing a normal link which in turn may hurt a website’s search rankings. Bing assures that one signal can’t cause drastic changes as the search engine works with hundreds of them. Moreover the system tends to ignore those signals which may have rather a devastating impact on a normal website.
In spite of the fact penalizing for bad backlinks is Google’s primary duty but disavowing links with Bing’s tools can give lots of benefits. By the way this recent update isn’t correlated to Google’s Penguin as it’s just a product of ongoing developments within Webmaster Tools.

All these new tools are expected to make Bing a much better search engine, though this doesn’t mean that webmasters can relax. It’s crucial for them to keep an eye open for the entire picture as something unpredictable may arise. Bing hopes that this newly introduced disavow tool will greatly assist in understanding a webmaster’s intent around his website as well as links.
